Web Site Distance Sales Agreement
In accordance with the er Regulation on the implementation procedures and principles of distance contracts lar published in the Official Gazette dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137, it is obligatory to have a contract for sales carried out over the internet. The contract details are as follows.

1- Parties

 The service provider Bodrum Mytime Tourism Travel Agency will be referred to as the ası Agency Hizmet.
The person whose name, surname and / or the persons he / she represents in the reservation will be referred to as / Consumer kişi.

2- Thread
This contract was made with the Consumer and the Agency.
The sale and sale conditions of the Agency are regulated for sales of services in written, visual, telephone and electronic environment as required by the services specified below, and include the rights and actions of the parties.
This includes the transfer, tour and vehicle allocation service purchased by the Consumer from the Agency's website, the qualifications of the purchased service are specified on the Web Site Distance Sales Agreement and the alın Terms and Conditions ar pages and the service charge is stated in the booking and confirmation form sent to the e-mail address.

3- Duration of Contract
This contract of business; and if any dispute does not occur, the consumer shall terminate automatically upon the completion of the service received. In the case of dispute, this contractual relationship will be valid until the final resolution of the dispute.

4- Payment and Billing Information
The consumer is obliged to pay the cost of the service at the time of booking by the credit card.

Claims and reimbursement requests must be forwarded to info@bodrummytransfer.com until 14 (fourteen) days after the date of service.

The Agency will use the information provided in the booking form in the documentation of the invoices to be sent to the Consumer.

Upon the request of the invoice, the consumer shall be sent by cargo in return for the address specified in the booking form.

In Paypal payments, the transaction fee (commission) received by Paypal is added to the service charge on the Paypal payment page and the commission amount belongs to the customer.

In Paypal returns, the transaction fee (commission) received by Paypal is deducted from the Paypal payment service fee and the commission amount belongs to the customer.
In installment payment options selected by the customer in credit card payments, the interest difference that is determined by the related bank or payment systems is added to the service charge and is automatically stated in installment payment table.
The expenses to be incurred from the cancellation of the credit card payments made to the pos system of the bank or the payment system service company are deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.

In the case of refunds made by bank transfer, the transaction cost of the bank is deducted from the service cost and the transaction cost belongs to the customer.

In some vehicles on our website, only prepayment requirement may be paid as payment option.

5- Cancellation and Change
When the consumer requests cancellation until 12 hours before the start of the service, the entire service cost will be returned to him.
In case of cancellation requests, the consumer shall be refunded 50% of the service cost for less than 12 hours. (double direction service fee is paid back the entire return fee will be returned)
These conditions do not include campaign services, early bookings or discounted bookings.
Cancellation provisions are valid for the date changes made by the consumer.

6- General provisions
The agency may be subject to mechanical failure, traffic accidents, operational disruptions, air opposition, traffic congestion, terrorist incidents, applications of law enforcement agencies, etc., which would be impeded in the transfer of vehicles. an alternative tool will be provided as soon as possible after the moment it understands that you cannot make your transfer due to reasons and / or otherwise inform you.
In case we have stated above, the refund of the transfer fee will be returned to you uninterruptedly and / or in such a case the price difference arising from the transportation provided by the consumer at your own expense will be paid to the Consumer by the Agency.
TURSAB KÜTAHYA SCHEDULE clauses are applied in the calculation of the compensation to be paid in case the agency partially or completely does not comply with the contract.

7- Entry
This contract is composed of 7 main items, if necessary, will be signed in two copies and signed by the parties. Bodrum court and executive offices are authorized for disputes arising from this contract.
I have stated that I have read and accepted the contract myself and / or the names I have indicated on the booking form on behalf of the written persons.
This statement; it is valid even if someone else has executed and / or signed the booking process myself.
I declare that I have read all of the provisions of the Web Site Distance Sales Agreement and the sites Terms and Conditions beyan arranged on our behalf as the consumer, the responsibility for the accuracy of my information in the reservation form that I have sent, the Road Transport Law No. 4925 and the information on the Agency's website.
